VNA Identity LLC (“VNA”) processes data strictly to facilitate cryptographic intent and execute enterprise routing. We do not monetize telemetry exhaust. We do not participate in third-party data brokerage.

The Telemetry Exhaust

> When interacting with the VNA network, the system logs structural telemetry (IP geolocation, operating system state, time-stamp clustering, and node interaction velocity). This data is ingested exclusively to map biological deviations (anomalies) against our Statistical Process Control (SPC) engines to prevent systemic fraud.

The Biometric Enclave (ZKP)

> If a VNA endpoint requires biometric spatial verification (FaceID/TouchID), the biological data never leaves the user's local hardware enclave. VNA Identity only receives the mathematical Zero-Knowledge Proof confirming the spatial presence of the authorized actor.

Your Jurisdiction

> Under GDPR, CCPA, and global privacy mandates, you maintain the right to query, restrict, or eradicate your non-kinetic personal data. Given the stateless nature of VNA, the vast majority of PII is never vaulted centrally.
